Types of Goods & Delivery. Lifeguard Outlet LLC sells and delivers lifeguard and swimming uniforms, apparel, and equipment throughout the world. By submitting and completing a purchase with Lifeguard Outlet LLC you agree to all Terms and Conditions and everything outlined in the Refunds and Returns Policy.
Right to Cure. Customer agrees to email all goods products related concerns to Lifeguard Outlet LLC at sales.lifeguardoutlet@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or requesting a refund and further agrees to afford Lifeguard Outlet LLC five (5) calendar days to repair or replace the good and/or product.
Hold Harmless:
1.) In exchange for being permitted to purchase the goods and products of Lifeguard Outlet LLC and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned purchaser, for himself/herself/theirself, release and agree not to make or bring any claim of any kind against the Released Parties for: (1) any injury (including death), disease or sickness to purchasers, Minors or their guests and invitees related to the use of the goods and products of Lifeguard Outlet LLC; (2) any damage to personal property whether or not caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or not; or (3) any other cause arising out of or related to purchasers, Minors or their guests and invitees use of the goods and products of Lifeguard Outlet LLC.
2.) Purchasers stipulate and agree that invalidation of any term(s) or provision(s) of this Agreement by judgment or other court order shall not affect any of the other terms or provisions and such other terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The purchaser, purchaser’s heirs, and legal designees agree to hold harmless Lifeguard Outlet LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all acts, errors, and omissions committed by the purchaser while using any Lifeguard Outlet LLC good or product.
I agree to all Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies as outlined in this document. I agree to the charges for the purchase I making. I further understand and agree to Lifeguard Outlet LLC charging my credit card and/or debit card for the total amount of the goods and products I have agreed to purchase.
